By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

3. Account Registration and Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or phone number. One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active bo222 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different contact details, devices, or IP addresses — is a serious breach of these Terms. bo222 employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and identity cross-referencing technology to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, balances will be frozen pending investigation, and any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be permanently forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

bo222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme in accordance with international best practice standards. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents at any point, but particularly when:

• Changing registered contact details such as email address, phone number, or linked payment method.

Account Security

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the account.

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means that the total bonus amount — or the combined deposit plus bonus amount where specified — must be wagered that number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game session, bo222 reserves the right to void any bets that were placed during the period of the malfunction. Any winnings generated during a malfunction are not valid and will not be credited or honoured. bo222 will endeavour to notify affected players and restore any lost real-money stakes promptly.

7. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the bo222 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds into a bo222 account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise the proceeds of any illegal activity. bo222 complies fully with applicable AML obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market available on the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial service provider after depositing funds at bo222. Chargebacks are treated as a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and referral for debt recovery action.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, software agents, or any automated system to place bets, interact with the Platform, or extract data without prior written authorisation from bo222.
• Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or impersonating any person or entity in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Minors accessing the Platform: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 18, whether through sharing account credentials, devices, or by any other means.

bo222 reserves the right to investigate any account that it suspects of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account may be suspended, deposits frozen, and withdrawals withheld. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, bo222 may permanently close the account, void all associated bets and winnings, and retain any balance as partial compensation for harm caused to the platform or other players.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bo222 may suspend or permanently close a player's account in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• A court order or regulatory directive requiring account closure.
• The player's death, at which point the account will be suspended pending contact from a verified next-of-kin or legal representative.

Voluntary Closure and Self-Exclusion

Players may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus liabilities) will be returned to the player's most recently used payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion, which prevents access to the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Effect of Closure on Funds

Bonus funds are always forfeited upon account closure, regardless of the reason for closure.

General Provisions
